S2 Global, an OSI Systems Company, is seeking a talented and motivated student to join our high-performing Business Development team as a Co-Op. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of cargo and aviation solutions, focusing on software Enterprise products and services. The ideal candidate will be at least a sophomore in their academic journey and bring a strong background in engineering, computer science, or cyber-related coursework.

• Support the Business Development team in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for cargo and aviation applications, working closely with senior team members to drive growth and market expansion.
• Assist in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and key industry trends in the cargo and aviation sectors, contributing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare presentation materials, proposals, and marketing documents for client meetings and business pitches, ensuring clear and compelling communication of our software solutions.
• Provide administrative support for various business development tasks, including data entry, maintaining CRM systems, and organizing meeting schedules and agendas.
• Contribute creatively to brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators, helping to ensure the successful implementation of business development plans.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with at least sophomore standing, preferably pursuing studies in engineering, computer science, or cyber-related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to create professional documents and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software tools as needed.
• An interest in business development, technology, and the aviation/cargo industries.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
