We are searching for a Resource Nurse for the Emergency Dept. to perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non- clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments, staffing levels, etc. Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members. Provide clinical and leadership direction for assigned personnel and activity on various hospital nursing unit.

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Hours: 36 hours - Modified Full Time

Shift: EVE/NIGHT, 7:00pm-7:00am with weekend & holiday rotations

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, i.e. Emergency Medicine, is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
