About the Practice:
Brigham Physicians Group (BPG) is an established, teaching primary care practice of Brigham and Women's Hospital dedicated to providing multi-disciplinary, exceptional care to our community. We are a diverse and dynamic team focused on adult preventative medicine and chronic disease management. The practice is located within the Brigham and Women's Health Center at Chestnut Hill, just 15 minutes from Brigham and Women's main campus and the Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital and 1 mile from the Chestnut Hill Mall. The Center offers many of the same services found on the main campus, including laboratory, radiology and specialty care, and our physicians are on staff at the Brigham and Women's Hospital. BPG is Certified as a level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home, which reinforces our long-standing commitment to comprehensive team-based care.
