Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, math, or physics, along with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in hardware development. Proficiency in various aspects of electrical engineering, including knowledge of Smith Chart, circuit boards, semiconductors, measurement equipment, electronic mathematics, and computer modeling, is essential. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to create technical design documentation, and U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research, designing, prototyping, and preparing custom communications electronics for production. You'll have the opportunity to explore new RF electrical hardware and investigate emerging technologies to enhance product offerings. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with technical authors to develop technical specifications, test plans, and operational documentation. Problem-solving is a core aspect of the role, and you'll have the chance to contribute to both team and individual-level solutions, ensuring the success of projects and initiatives.
