We are currently seeking an a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Configuration Management Analyst. This position is responsible for the planning and execution of UAV configuration requirements and changes. This role will ensure all UAV configurations meet safety standards and operational needs as required by the customer. This includes configuration management planning, identification, control, status accounting and quality control of the scope of work.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Establish and maintain configuration management policies and procedures to be utilized by organization personnel and other participating functions to ensure a standard and cost-effective approach to the application of configuration management requirements.

b. Analyze changes to product specifications to determine the effect on the end product and determine and prepare documentation necessary for change control. Design and establish configuration management documentation.

c. Operate configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and auditing.

d. Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new configuration management baseline operating parameters are documented, comply with standard configurations, and are logistically sustainable.

e. May train engineers in the use of configuration management tools and the implementation of CM quality standards.

f. Works with standard commercial software products used for configuration management including Enterprise Change Management (ECM).

g. Assist with performance of onsite PCA's (Physical Configuration Audits) as necessary.

h. Track configuration changes.

i. Knowledge of CM standards such as NAVAIR SOP 4130.1A, EIA-649-1 Rev A, EIA-649C, and GEIA-HB-649 Rev A.

Required Education: BS/BA Degree. 6 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Associate Degree plus 4 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Required Experience: 3-10 years of experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
