Job Description
Why This Role is Important to Us:

Help enable the delivery of healthcare to the most vulnerable members of society. Reporting to the Procurement Operations Manager, the Procurement Analyst is a key member of the Procurement team with primary responsibility for supporting the various teams on procurement team. This role requires the use of initiative and independent judgement, while working effectively with multiple internal stakeholders across several corporate functions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Research, evaluate, analyze, recommend and purchase goods and services in accordance with the procurement policies across the company and individual departments within budgetary guidelines
  • Communicate negotiated contracts effectively with vendors and internal parties
  • Develop and validate procurement website content and training content for internal employees on the purchasing process and policies. Conduct office hours or training as required.
  • Monitor relevant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics for supplier reporting
  • Attend quarterly business reviews with vendors to review performance
  • Conduct spend analytics using ERP systems and vendor usage reports
  • Collaborate with Legal team to prioritize agreements
  • Maintain the contract database with current agreement information
  • Perform ad hoc vendor and spend research
  • Conduct product/industry research as needed
  • Contract administration and managing contracts in Procurement System
  • Managing procurement inbox for various requests and dispositioning and closing out quick service requests
  • Manage the signature process for contracts including execution and coordination
  • Create and run reports and maintain trackers to drive closure of open items with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Track and report on contract renewals for closure
  • Work on small mini-projects or support on procurement internal initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree
Desired Education:
  • Knowledge about any procurement system and / or working knowledge in Procurement function
Required Licensing:
  • 2 years related experience
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the capability to use Excel to analyze large data sets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent task management and coordination skills to close out open items
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of any procurement system
  • Growth and continuous learning mindset
Required Language:
  • English
