WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (ESSENTIAL DUTIES) ...

We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth assessment and treatment to individuals with a multitude of backgrounds. In this position you will have a critical role both delivering direct services and as a clinical consultant to the multi-disciplinary team.

Essential Duties:

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients as required.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments including initial intakes and on-going assessments.
• Work with service recipients to create person-centered recovery plans.
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to case management staff.
• Complete all agency records utilizing a collaborative documentation approach.
• Participate in crisis response services providing risk assessment, crisis intervention, stabilization and counseling, and assessment for hospitalization.
• Serve as a client advocate with appropriate and timely referrals to other agencies, provide consultation and follow-up communication with law enforcement agencies, community agencies, schools, medical facilities and inpatient units.
• Actively participate in team communication processes that ensure appropriate services and outcomes.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU...

• LICSW
• Minimum of two years of clinical work experience.
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related social services field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and genuine outlook about change with a belief that people can achieve positive outcomes.
• Previous telehealth work experience preferred.
