Loan Servicing Representative- Quality Control (NE-7)

Chelsea Groton is looking to hire a motivated and dynamic individual for our Loan Servicing Department. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a motivated and personable individual willing to help customers achieve their financial goals by providing outstanding service in a professional manner through our various channels. Responsibilities and Requirements vary based on job level. Expectations include:

  • Reviews closing documents on Retail Lending loans for compliance. Enters quality control requirements into mortgage processing system. Follows up on missing or incorrect documentation.

  • Responds to customer, attorney, and branch inquiries. Follows up to resolve problems and questions. Refers the more difficult inquires or complex research issues/decisions to supervisor.

  • Assists with preparation and processing of loan sale/transfer documentation.

  • Serves internal and external customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner through prompt handling of all transactions.
