Job Description

We are searching for a Contract Coordinator, Assoc for a 8 month contract assignment.

This person will manage the deferral program contract administration process, including facilitation of new contract documents, new vendor enrollment, and overseeing guaranty caps.
This person will also build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.

Location: Juno Beach, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in development of deferral program forecast.
  • Perform quarterly guarantee reconciliation in coordination with Corporate Treasury.
    Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for deferral programs, ensuring the company's

best interests are protected.

  • Review and analyze financial data to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of deferral programs.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on deferral program status, progress, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and track deferral program performance and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments related to deferral programs and recommend adjustments or enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
