Day-To-Day:

  • Support consulting and implementation projects for Servigistics Service Parts Management (SPM) or Service Price Management (SPP).
  • Support the definition of client specific solution architectures for SPM with a focus on Application Architecture or Technical Architecture as required
  • Analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully implement solutions with the help of cross-functional teams
  • Support the definition of Learning and Adoption solutions for the SPM implementation
  • Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes

Required Experience:

  • Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (Bachelor's or Master's Degree Level)
  • US Citizenship
  • 3-5 years of experience in business processes or IT consulting
  • Able to work autonomously and focus on goals
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Experience in conducting and managing workshops
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizingenterprise level software
  • Excellent proficiency (written and spoken) in English
  • Willingness to travelup to 50%

Additional Nice to Have's:

  • Experience with Servigistics software or competing products
  • 2+ years of experience within supply chain, ideally involved in purchasing or spare parts/regular inventory planning
  • Beginner to intermediate SQL experience
