Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

Your Day to Day:

  • Prepare and/or review sub-segments 5-year business plans, financial forecasts, and periodic updates, including claims and revenue recognition.
  • Develop and monitor cost estimates and track performance against budgeted spend
  • Analyze variances and develop improvement action recommendations
  • Prepare, support and/or deliver analysis in support of Monthly Operations Review
  • Prepare and/or oversee accounting entries, reporting and analysis of sub-segment contracts and settlements
  • Prepare and/or monitor special ad hoc financial reporting requests to meet business segment needs

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or Finance.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • CPA and/or MBA a plus.
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting in a large organization
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage competing priorities in deadline driven environment
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Ability to communicate sensitive, complex or difficult information using simple terms
  • Ability to question and challenge status quo to drive efficiencies and identify opportunities to enhance profitability
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user & SAP knowledge would be a strong plus.
