Job Description

We are searching for Project Coordinator for a 1 yr. contract assignment. This person will provide administrative support to Engineering and Construction site team on solar and/or wind farm projects to include but not limited to progress tracking, document management, office supply orders, company vehicle orders and shipping packages. Will be responsible for helping to manage processes, records, documents, and reports within the Oracle Primavera Unifier software.

Location: Remote - some travel to Juno required.

Some Responsibilities for position, but not limited to:

  • Train new users on software as it pertains to their department and specific job duties as well as provide technical support/trouble shooting.
  • Confirm receipt of material deliveries for invoice processing.
  • Create Shopping carts & or Change Orders for PO's
  • Submit shopping carts and change orders for vendor material or services.
  • Setting up accts - UPS, Office Depot, Request site trailer items from EPC and Assist site teams.
  • Order Trucks and obtaining insurance, office supplies
  • Reviewing & tracking documents
  • Work with EPC on training needs and supplying correct documents according to contract.
  • Create Weekly Report and Review EPC documents & verify uploaded correctly
  • Process Invoices, Audit project documents, Assist Legal, Financing & Independent Engineers
  • Create and update contact list for projects, Update Unifier
  • Assist with training as needed, Attend /call-in for Meeting
  • Daily POD, Weekly POW Monthly
  • Able to travel to sites as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree a plus
  • Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting
  • Experience with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office
  • Written communication and Organizational skills
  • Time management, multitasking, and flexibility
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others
