Aon is Looking for a Reinsurance Associate Director!

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering solutions on our Reinsurance Solutions line.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Works with complex data to create comprehensive and accurate internal management systems of which you will monitor and track all step within the placement process
  • Identifies specific client and prospect needs and develops innovative and cost-effective solutions
  • Maintains at all times, a thorough understanding and knowledge of all available Aon resources and solutions available, and matching those to client business requirements
  • Develops comprehensive relationships with key markets and is always knowledgeable about current risk appetite and market dynamic
  • Assists in the development of sales and marketing strategy designed to cultivate revenue generation opportunities
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
  • 3-5 years broking and/or underwriting experience preferred with a focus on insurance or reinsurance
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of reinsurance or insurance principals
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external clients and strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to travel

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $130,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted to reflect applicant's geographic location.
