Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Robotics Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in electromechanical R&D engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in designing, assembling, and testing electro-mechanical systems.
- Minimum of 5 years experience with complex electro-mechanical systems (integration, test).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in interpreting various regulatory standards.
- Minimum of 3 years in medical device or other regulated industries.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with launching products highly.
- Experience in off-the-shelf component selection for regulated industries.
- Experience with statistical tools and software such as Minitab.
- Experience using, modifying, and programming LabView routines.
- Proficiency in using MS Office is necessary.
- Demonstrated CAD proficiency.
- Solidworks.
- Ability to multitask and work under aggressive deadlines are critical to success.
- Be an energetic and self-starter engineer with a continuous improvement mindset and good problem-solving skills who loves working on various projects and tasks and learning and growing fast in a dynamic team.
