EOE/M/F/Vets/Disabled General Summary of Position: Granite is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and capable Technical Solutions Trainer to train new sales employees through the Sales Onboarding Program and support the ongoing training and development of Sales Teammates in the area of Solution Selling.The Technical Solutions Sales Trainer will partner with the Manager of Sales Leadership Development to ensure execution of Product Training and Technical Solution Selling Training. This role is critical to our organization as it will help support and scale our Solution Selling transformation and help with the development of our critical growth asset, our sales organization and our sales talent. The Technical Solutions Sales Trainer will also provide ongoing Product Skills and Solution Selling Skills training and support for sales teams in all of our remote sales offices and will also assist the Sales Directors with the development of new and existing sales teammates. The Technical Solutions Sales Trainer will help teach, coach, mentor and observe new sales teammates in their respective sales branches to help with Product knowledge, Product and Application Skills and Technical Solution Selling Skills. This position can be based in QUINCY, MA or any of our Granite Offices in RI, NYC, ATLANTA, ORLANDO or WEST PALM BEACH and would be an ideal career development opportunity for a current Solution Engineer, Product expert or technically proficient sales teammate or customer facing Operations teammate.
