Reliant Medical Group in Auburn has an opening for a full-time Ultrasound Technologist. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p. This career opportunity offers great compensation, comprehensive benefits, 401k match, paid holidays, and desirable weekday hours within a positive and caring environment that delivers outstanding patient care and compassion. Primary Responsibilities:
This role incorporates all the technical skills associated with ultrasound, including related clerical and service duties.

• Performs ultrasound studies, including limited vascular studies, as assigned
• Performs routine quality control/quality assurance tasks and maintains exam suites in good and appropriate order
• Obtains and reviews patient clinical history and related reports/documentation
• Obtains pertinent medical history, instructs patient regarding exam procedures and preparation
• Performs related clerical duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an AMA accredited ultrasound program or equivalent
• Certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
• Competent to perform ultrasound exams on newborns, children, adults, and geriatric patients, meeting all department guidelines
• Must maintain all required continuing education credits and licensure during employment
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certified and maintain this certification during employment
• Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.
