Job Description

As a part of Optum Care, the largest network of medical groups in the country, Reliant Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time or Part-time Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to provide access coverage to our Pediatric departments in Auburn and Worcester, MA, with the majority of the incumbent’s time being spent in Auburn, MA. At Optum, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing physician-led care locally. At least two to three years of pediatric outpatient practice experience is strongly preferred. Candidate should be comfortable working autonomously and in multiple practice environments. This position with not initially maintain a panel.

Position Highlights:

  • Help our pediatric departments with pediatric volume at our Auburn and Worcester locations.
  • This Access position will provide same day visits, see urgent add-ons, as well as follow-up visits on an as needed basis.
  • Provider will see an average of 14-15 patients per day.
  • Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems in place that allow you to practice at the top of your license.
  • State of the art Epic EMR system in place for over 10 years.
  • Access to our pediatric extended care team on-site composed of a behavioral health provider, medical social worker, and a nurse care coordinator.
  • Access to our Telederm extended care team.
  • Student and Resident teaching opportunities available.
