Reliant Medical Group in Worcester has an opening for a full-time Mammography Technologist. This position offers great compensation, full benefits, 401k match, paid holidays, and weekday hours within a positive, close-knit, team-oriented environment. No nights or holidays, though optional Saturday and Sunday hours are available.

Primary Responsibilities:
This role incorporates all the technical skills associated with mammography, including related clerical and service duties. 

  • Performs digital screening and diagnostic testing, including 3D tomographic studies as assigned
  • Performs routine quality control/quality assurance tasks and maintains exam suites in good and appropriate order
  • Obtains and reviews patient clinical history and related reports/documentation
  • Obtains pertinent medical history, instructs patient regarding exam procedures and preparation
  • Performs related clerical duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current Massachusetts State (DPH) Radiologic Technologist license
  • Must be BLS (Basic Life Support) certified and maintain this certification during employment
  • Must maintain all required continuing education credits and licensure during employment
  • Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.
