Liz Balconi is a Senior Human Resource Consultant for Berkshire Associates Inc. With over 17 years in the industry, and as an expert in affirmative action and EEO support, Liz has helped hundreds of clients across the nation meet their unique compliance goals.

With in-depth knowledge of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations, Liz helps clients with the design, development, and implementation of affirmative action programs. She also provides clients with leading audit support, outreach, training, and government regulation assistance. As a talented trainer and consultant, Liz is passionate about educating fellow professionals, which is why she regularly conducts training courses at Berkshire’s Training Center on the latest compliance topics.

Before starting her career at Berkshire in 1999, Liz worked as training coordinator developing and managing curriculum for HR professionals. Liz is a HRCI PHR certified professional, and member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University, and a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from West Chester University.
